Create Account In Wallet
User can create customer or merchant account in wallet.
How to create wallet account?

- walletOwnerId – Provided by
- secKey – MD5Algorithm.encryptText(cust_contact+" "+cust_email)
- isTosOfTWAccepted – Terms of services for wallet (true)
- deviceId – unique device id generated by Android/ iOS device
- custCurrency – should be an integer
- platformId – should be an integer
- cust_password - Password must contain at least one digit,one lower case,one upper
case,special characters[@#$%^*!] and minimum length 8
